Clyde Moser
Associate Producer
Clyde Moser is a Charleston, South Carolina-based actor, dancer, vocalist, and educator. He’s been part of Tier5 since December 2019.
Clyde’s family would say that he started dancing and singing before he could walk and talk, however many pediatricians have debated that topic. In high school, his voice developed so rapidly he became a “basso profundo” overnight. His high school choir was offered the privilege of singing in a world premiere piece at Carnegie Hall. Due to Clyde’s newfound ability, he was offered a solo. Sometimes people do peak in High School.
Clyde graduated from the College of Charleston in 2017 with dual degrees; BS in Middle Grades Education and a BA in Theatre Performance. At the College he was in multiple shows such as RENT, Addams Family, Spring Awakening, and A Chorus Line. He was given the opportunity to produce and direct the world premiere performance of Gay Card: A New Gay Musical.
Following graduation, Clyde taught at the Musical Theatre Center in Charleston. After a whopping one year of teaching Ballet, Jazz, Improv, and Musical Theatre, he decided to move to NYC to try out the scene. He worked at Broadway.com, SpotCo Ad Agency, before finally settling at a music business firm, working for many highly acclaimed artists he’s unsure if he can list here. But it’s totally true.
As luck would have it, he ended up in Tier5’s The Christmas Carol: A Queer Fantasia! Even though he has relocated back back to Charleston, he’s loved the opportunity to produce and perform in every Tier5 Sings! concert thus far. You can find him on all social medias by @astoldbyclyde.
